- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Shipping for Returns & Exchanges
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Items Not Eligible for Returns
The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
Items that are used, damaged, or not in original condition.
Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., custom embroidery patches, leather patches, woven labels, chenille patches).
Digital goods (e.g., embroidery digitizing, vector artwork).
