At Tivanzo, we aim to process refunds quickly and fairly. This Refund Policy explains how and when refunds are issued.
Refund Process
- Refunds are only available for products eligible under our Return Policy.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Non-Refundable Costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customs duties, taxes, or additional fees paid to your local authority are also non-refundable.
Refund Exceptions
Refunds are not available for:
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Digital goods (embroidery digitizing, vector files, or artwork).
- Items not returned in their original condition.
