You may only use our Site and Products and Services for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Ordering and Payment
- Orders may be placed through our Site or by contacting us directly.
- All orders are subject to acceptance by Tivanzo. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion.
- You agree to pay all fees for Products and Services ordered, including applicable shipping charges.
- We accept payment by credit card, debit card, PayPal, and Payoneer.
Shipping and Delivery
- Products will be shipped to the address you provide at checkout.
- While we aim to deliver within the estimated time provided, Tivanzo cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
- You are responsible for all shipping fees, including costs for returns or exchanges.
Returns and Exchanges
- If you are not satisfied with a Product, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
- To qualify, items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Shipping fees for returns or exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless the Product is defective or an error occurred on our part.
Custom Merchandise
- Tivanzo may provide free samples of custom merchandise after your 5th production request.
- Customers are responsible for paying shipping fees for any free samples.

All content on this Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Tivanzo or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.
